About the Experience

Discover Tallinn beyond the Old Town with this carefully designed self-guided cycling route. The East Tallinn Loop is a favorite among cyclists, offering the perfect balance between smooth, fast riding and relaxed sightseeing.

Ride through quiet outskirts, scenic coastal roads, forest trails, and well-maintained cycling paths—all at your own pace. Whether you’re training or simply enjoying a day outdoors, this route delivers a memorable cycling experience.

What’s Included

  • Road or gravel bike (it takes 2-3 hours to cover the distance but you can relax and visit sights, cafes and keep the bike up to 6 hours)
  • GPX or Komoot route for your own phone or navigation device
  • Phone holder
  • Battery bank and pouch on handlebar, you can charge while navigating)
  • Repair kit (spare tube, minipump, tire levers, multitool)
  • Helmet and lock
  • Bike bag for accessories (framebag)
  • Bottle of water and electrolytes (if you need to disolve it on your water). 

Route Highlights

Your journey begins at our rental station on Vene 33, in the heart of Tallinn.

From there, you’ll:

  • Ride through the harbor area near Port of Tallinn
  • Explore the elegant Kadriorg Park, palaces and museums, cafes
  • Cruise along one of Tallinn’s longest cycling lanes in Lasnamäe (Soviet arhitecture)
  • Head north into peaceful suburban neighborhoods
  • Cycle through forest roads with fresh air and pine trees
  • Return along the coastline with stunning views over Tallinn Bay

Expect a mix of urban exploration, nature, and panoramic seaside scenery.
